Provider and purpose
OutdoorPack is provided by Dmytro Sinyatinskiy. Contact: d.sinyatinskiy@gmail.com. These terms cover use of the Android packing-checklist app. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Packing assistance
Templates are editable suggestions. They are not a complete or personalized safety, medical, legal, travel-document or equipment checklist. You are responsible for checking current conditions, requirements and necessary equipment for your trip. OutdoorPack does not provide weather forecasts or destination-based advice.
Free and Pro
Free includes all five templates, a blank list, up to three saved lists and item editing, quantities, checks and reset. Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription, enabling unlimited saved lists, independent list duplication and text sharing. The Google Play purchase screen shows the applicable price and purchase terms. Pro does not include a cloud-sync or guaranteed backup service.
Purchases and restoration
Google Play handles payment and its applicable purchase and refund processes. Pro becomes available after a completed and verified purchase; a pending or failed payment does not unlock it. Restore purchases using the Google Play account used for purchase. Availability can depend on Google Play, connection and account status. Losing Pro does not delete saved lists; limits may apply to creating or copying lists. For purchase problems contact support or use Google Play Help at https://support.google.com/googleplay/. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or applicable refund rights.
Your data
You retain rights to the content you enter. Lists are stored locally. Deletion, device loss, clearing storage or an unsuccessful restore can cause data loss. Android backup depends on your device and settings and is not guaranteed. Text sharing is not an importable backup. Read the privacy policy before sharing personal information or contacting support.
Software and third-party components
You may use OutdoorPack for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable law. App branding and original assets remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party components and fonts remain subject to their own licenses, available in Settings > Third-party licenses. Rights granted by those licenses are not restricted by these terms.
Availability, changes and rights
The app may be updated to fix defects or meet platform requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a complete packing list or compatibility with every future device. Significant changes affecting paid features will be communicated through the available app or store channels as required by applicable law. No term excludes liability or limits a statutory consumer remedy where doing so is prohibited by law. Contact support before sending sensitive information.
