Who provides OutdoorPack

OutdoorPack is provided by Dmytro Sinyatinskiy. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests concerning support correspondence, contact d.sinyatinskiy@gmail.com. This policy describes the Android app and the support contact listed here.

Lists on your device

List titles, item names, quantities, checked states, template origins and list timestamps are stored in the app database on your device. OutdoorPack has no developer-operated server for your lists and does not upload your packing-list content to the developer. You do not need to create an OutdoorPack account. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or device location.

Google Play and Pro

The app uses Google Play Billing to check, purchase and restore Pro. Google processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. OutdoorPack receives purchase details needed to verify access, such as the product identifier, purchase token, purchase state, signature and acknowledgement state. A local confirmed-access flag supports offline use and is excluded from the app backup. The developer does not receive your card number through the app. Google services may process technical, transaction and diagnostic information for providing and securing billing. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Android backup and transfer

The app permits Android to back up and transfer its databases. Depending on your device, account, system settings and backup provider, this may include lists, items and SDK-managed database records. These are system services, not a list-sync service operated by the developer. You can manage system backup in Android settings. Backup and restoration are not guaranteed. Pro access is checked separately with Google Play after a reinstall or transfer.

Sharing you choose

If you choose the Pro text-sharing action, the selected list is passed to Android and to the receiving app or recipient you choose. Their handling of that content is governed by their own terms. Check the list before sharing; copies outside OutdoorPack cannot be removed by deleting the original list.

Support correspondence

If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request and resolve the reported issue, not for advertising. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. Correspondence is kept only as needed for handling the request and any applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by email; legally required records may need to be retained.

Retention and deletion

Local lists remain until you delete them or clear the app data. You can delete individual items or lists in OutdoorPack; for all local app data, use Android Settings > Apps > OutdoorPack > Storage > Clear storage (names vary by device). Uninstalling may remove local data. System backups may remain until removed or expired under the backup provider rules, and a later restore may restore earlier data. Google controls its payment records and retention; clearing app data does not refund a purchase or erase Google payment records.

Security and other processing

Android app storage and device security protect local files; no storage or transmission method is risk-free. The app has no advertising SDK or developer-added behavioral analytics service. Bundled Google billing and supporting services are subject to Google's policies; this statement does not mean that Google processes no technical data. Protect your device and consider what information you put in lists.

Support website

When you visit the public OutdoorPack support or legal webpages, their hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to deliver the pages and protect the service. The pages do not include developer-added analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or contact forms. External links and your email application are governed by their own providers. Hosting-provider records are separate from the lists stored on your phone.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when relevant app behavior changes. The revision date is shown below. Questions and requests: d.sinyatinskiy@gmail.com. You may also have rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to contact your local supervisory authority.
